recently been joining one of my friend who love to jogging? or i should phrase marathon? haha, she had been finished Standard Charted Kuala Lumpur full marathon of 42km.At the same time, another friend who never been involve also finish it.
It did insipred me to join, to challenge myself for this ! 42km! it is really a challenge! that's why i use 1 year to train myself. I alwasys ask myself, is imposible nothing? YES! the answer impossible is nothing, and nothing is impossible, JUST TO DO IT! (i love new balance leh)
I just wish to accomplished something before age of 27! In fact, the reason being not to be slim, i need a healthy life. To belive or not, after i have been heavily in doing excersice, cycling (3 times a week), jogging for at least one hour per week, i feel i won get frustrated that easy, be more calm, more fresh! now i understand, how they can be release stress via excersice! you gotta be CONCENTRATE! need to be FOCUS! this train you!
So let move it together ! I LIKE TO MOVE IT MOVE IT !
i wish i can really finish the 42km! the speed i dun care,i need is endurance training, stability training! Ganbateh!
